General Terms and Conditions

These General Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as the “Terms”) govern the use of the facilities, participation in activities and classes, and any transactions between PEAK and its customers.

By contacting us, making a reservation, and/or participating in any activity, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to these Terms.

1. Personal Data

The processing of personal data is carried out in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR). PEAK may collect information such as full name, contact information, age, details regarding participation in activities and courses, as well as related correspondence.

The data is accessible only to authorized personnel. More information is provided in the Privacy Policy, available on our website.

2. Communication and Updates

All agreements, booking confirmations, or related notifications are made by phone and/or email. In the event of a special agreement that deviates from these Terms, it must be confirmed in writing.

We may send informational emails or promotional offers. The customer may request to stop receiving these communications at any time.

3. Reservations

At this time, online reservations cannot be made through the website. Reservations can be made exclusively:

  • via the contact form
  • by phone
  • via email

A reservation is considered valid only after confirmation by PEAK.

4. Duration

The duration of classes or activities is determined by the program and may be adjusted by staff if deemed necessary for safety or quality reasons.

5. Payment

Payment methods and due dates are agreed upon at the time of booking. PEAK reserves the right to request a deposit or full payment prior to participation in activities or classes.

6. Cancellations and Changes

Cancellations or changes to reservations can be made exclusively by phone or email.

PEAK reserves the right to change the dates or times of activities if necessary for operational or organizational reasons. In such cases, customers will be notified in a timely manner.

7. Group Packages

For group activities or packages, special cancellation and payment terms may apply, which will be communicated when we contact you to confirm your reservation.

8. First Visit

On your first visit, please arrive at least 15 minutes before your scheduled appointment time so that we can complete the necessary procedures and provide safety instructions.

9. Personal Risk & Liability

Skiing, rock climbing, and recreational activities involve inherent risks. PEAK takes all reasonable measures to ensure the safety of participants.

Participation is at the customer’s sole risk. PEAK assumes no liability for injuries or damages, unless they result from willful misconduct or gross negligence.

It is recommended that:

  • Avoid drinking alcohol before or during activities
  • good physical condition
  • wearing appropriate and protective clothing
10. Mandatory Safety Equipment

The use of a helmet or other protective gear is mandatory where specified by PEAK or staff, particularly during skiing and climbing activities.

11. Minors

Minors may participate only with the consent and under the supervision of a parent or guardian. PEAK reserves the right to request a written statement to that effect.

12. Emergency Situations

In the event of an emergency, participants must follow the staff’s instructions.

13. Personal Belongings

Customers are responsible for keeping their personal belongings safe. PEAK is not liable for loss, damage, or theft.

14. Reservation of Rights

PEAK reserves the right to amend these Terms. For matters not expressly provided for herein, PEAK’s management shall decide.

These Terms are governed by Greek law.
